REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At TieDapperStudio.com, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade, personalized baby baskets and kids' backpacks. Because each item is custom-made and uniquely personalized with your requested name or design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or customer errors (such as typographical errors or incorrect variant selections entered at checkout).

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strictly comply with global consumer protection standards and advertising platform requirements. If there is an issue with your order caused directly by our workshop, we are fully committed to making it right.


1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Manufacturer Defect: Broken seams, defective zippers, major fabric flaws, or structural issues that compromise the use of the product.
  • Incorrect Customization: The personalized name, lettering, or icon does not match the exact text or specifications provided in your original order receipt.
  • Wrong Item Received: You received an incorrect size, color variant, or completely different product than what was purchased.

In these instances, you must notify us via email at support@tiedapperstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a claim.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A CLAIM

To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these simple steps to help us expedite your request:

  1. Send an email to support@tiedapperstudio.com with your 4-digit Order Number (e.g., #1001) in the subject line.
  2. Provide a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video showcasing the defect, damage, or incorrect lettering alongside the shipping label.

Our customer support team will review your evidence within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will gladly arrange for a brand-new replacement to be crafted and shipped to you immediately at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. EXCLUSIONS FROM COMPENSATIONS

Please note that we cannot approve refunds, returns, or free replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Customer Typographical Errors: Spelling mistakes, incorrect capitalization, or wrong names inputted by the customer during the ordering process.
  • Incorrect Selections: Choosing the wrong backpack/basket size, color, or yarn variant during checkout.
  • Natural Handmade Variations: Minor cosmetic irregularities, slight yarn texture shifts, minimal stitching variances, or slight color variations due to digital monitor settings, which are natural characteristics of 100% handcrafted items.
  • Incomplete/Wrong Addresses: Deliveries that fail or are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution or credit card company to clear and post the refund to your account statement.
