Thank you for visiting and shopping at TieDapperStudio.com. We are dedicated to crafting and delivering high-quality, customized products directly to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All of our items are lovingly handmade and personalized to your specific order. Because each piece requires individual attention and careful crafting, please note our processing timelines before your order is handed over to the carrier:

  • Standard Orders: 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Please allow 3 - 7 business days for our artisans to craft your unique item, stitch your custom name, and complete the design.

Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our workshop.

2. US DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS & FEES

Once your unique piece has been fully processed, your order will be shipped via trusted standard ground carriers (including USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates provided directly by the shipping carriers. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your specific location. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas may require an additional 2 - 3 business days.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has entered the shipping carrier's network. The tracking number will typically become active and start showing updates within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We begin our customization process quickly, so changes to the order or shipping details cannot always be guaranteed after the order is placed. Please double-check your spelling and address before finalizing your purchase.

5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

TieDapperStudio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered. If you received your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier or reach out directly to our support team at support@tiedapperstudio.com, and we will do our absolute best to assist you in filing a claim.
