1. PRODUCT & MATERIALS

Q: What materials are your backpacks and baskets made of?

A: We use only premium, baby-safe materials. Our kids' backpacks are made from 100% natural cotton corduroy which is soft yet durable. Our storage baskets are hand-woven from 100% natural cotton rope. The personalized lettering and icons are handcrafted from a premium blend of ultra-soft Cashmere and high-grade cotton knit yarn, ensuring they are completely free from harmful chemicals and safe for sensitive skin.

Q: Are there variations in the handmade items?

A: Yes! Because each item is crafted individually by hand, minor variations in yarn texture, stitching, fabric folds, and lettering placement are natural and characteristic of unique handmade products. These are not defects but rather proof of unique craftsmanship.

Q: How should I clean and care for my item?

A: To preserve the custom knit lettering and artisan work, please avoid pulling or tugging on the product. We highly recommend spot cleaning gently with a damp cloth or a baby wipe. For deeper cleans, gentle hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

2. PERSONALIZATION & ORDERS

Q: How do I personalize my order?

A: On the product page, simply select your desired size and colors, then click the "Add personalization" button. Enter your child's Name and/or preferred Icon (e.g., Bear, Flower) in the text fields provided. Please double-check spelling and variant choices before checkout!

Q: Can I change the name or address after placing an order?

A: Because our customization process begins quickly after an order is received, we cannot always guarantee modifications. Please email us immediately at support@tiedapperstudio.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you if the item has not yet entered production.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Your total delivery timeframe consists of two parts:
Processing/Crafting Time: 3 - 7 business days for custom/personalized orders (2 - 5 business days for standard non-custom items).
Shipping Time: 3 - 7 business days via Standard Ground Shipping within the US. Express Shipping options (2 - 5 business days) are available at checkout.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Absolutely! As soon as your order is lovingly crafted and leaves our workshop, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to follow its journey.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my product if I change my mind?

A: Because each item is uniquely custom-made and personalized with your requested name, we strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or customer typographical errors.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misspelled by your studio?

A: If the mistake is ours or the product carries a manufacturer defect, we will fully make it right! Please contact us at support@tiedapperstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect and the shipping label. We will immediately craft and ship a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund.
